- IP Addresses and Cookies

THEREFORE, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USER CONDUCT OR USE OF THE SITE CONTENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS INFRINGEMENT, PROPERTY DAMAGE COMMITTED USING OUR SITE. NO CLAIM, SUIT OR ACTION SHALL BE BROUGHT AGAINST US MORE THAN ONE YEAR AFTER THE RELATED CAUSE OF ACTION HAS OCCURRED.
- IP and Takedown Notice 1. Site contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof) are protected by the U.K. and international copyright, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
