The themes are like letters to myself, goal of life, healing the past, forgiving, positive energy, and etc. Monk Wonbin then teaches the breathing for the meditation. It is like he is is sitting in front of you and telling you how to do this in person. You may just concentrate on his voice and his instruction. Monk Wonbin also plays instrumental music when it is the time for the listeners to meditate.
In some episodes, Monk Wonbin reads the Buddhist script and interprets it to deliver the meaning of it. He explains the Buddhist term with an easy example so that it is not difficult at all.
